We are a wargaming club based in the West Michigan area. Our player base consists of mostly Warhammer 40k players but a handful of Warhammer Fantasy players have begun to show up on a more regular basis.
What we hope to accomplish with this blog is to give our members an opportunity to share their ideas, tactics, army lists, photos, and anything else wargames related.
Though we're basically Games Workshop loyalists we're always looking for new games to play. Recently a few of our members have started playing Inifinity and a few more have begun to play Firestorm Armada.
Since we are in West Michigan most of us make the trip down to AdeptiCon in Chicago every year. Once that event gets a little closer I'm sure we'll be posting a lot about what we've got planned for it. I believe we had around 15 people from our club in total at AdeptiCon 2011, including two teams in the Warhammer 40k team tournament.
So if you're a fan of any of these games, or wargaming in general, pay attention to this blog. We're pretty excited about the opportunity to share our knowledge with the gaming community and should have plenty to post in the coming weeks.
Ah...I just thought a Battle barn was a Barn with Lascannons sticking out the sides...cool stuff regardless.
